MESA STUDIOS ship WORLDWIDE. All international shipping (outside of Australia) is an added flat rate of $30.
For Registered post - FREE on all orders over $60 as of 30th July 1:30pm
All orders are shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next business day. Our domestic & International courier company is Sendle.

For Free Postage under $60 - We no longer offer this service as of 10/8/20 as Auspot has been experience extreme delays. If you ordered a mask before this date and are experiencing delays we apologise. Please be patient with us as this is totally out of our control. Ifyou have been waiting more than 14 business days please get in touch and we will send out another mask via registered post!
PLEASE NOTE: Free Regular Shipping on orders under $60: This was dispatched via Regular Australia Post 125g Large Letter and is unregistered/untracked thus tracking is not included. Delivery can take up to 10 business days due to delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. If you wish to receive tracking with your order, please purchase Registered post at checkout.
MASK PURCHASE Please purchase registered post for $5 for tracking information and faster turnaround times if you need your mask urgently.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Mesa Studios do not currently offer returns. We are happy to offer a credit note or exchange. Please contact us if there is a problem with your order, if your item is faulty for any reason we will endeavour to replace it and failing that we will offer a refund. Return postage for exchanges or credit items is to be paid for by the customer, exchanges or credits will only be made once the item has returned in original condition.
